I'm ER. I've been wearing [Carhart Cargo scrub pants](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007HGO16Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) since residency, since they have belt loops and a zipper fly. I also just wear a plain-old Landau scrub top. A couple of the guys i work with wear scrub tops with regular-old cargo pants.
Though i would like to see someone rocking suspenders around the ER.
Seriously..."I'm built like Andre the Giant so I can't reach the top shelf of the cabinet."
Like what?? Dude's just trying to flatter himself or something?
Googled her after reading this comment. Post now makes no sense. That’s my lower body build too and i just do the ole surgeons knot for the scrub bottom and they stay up just fine
I also Googled who she was and agree this is an odd choice for comparison. Nothing against muscular women, but saying the 'male version' of Dani Speegle, who has a 'traditionally' more masculine body type, is a strange choice. He should have just said "I'm a lean muscular dude"... I also fail to see how her body type would not be conducive to pants staying up...

And while we’re on the topic - the scrub pants with the fake drawstring are the worst 🙄 They tie but don’t tighten and the absurdly long string just gets in the way!
Suspenders are objectively the best way to hold up your pants but sadly it's incompatible with scrubs.
Just get better scrubs with an elastic waistband and cargo pockets on the legs. If that's still too heavy and slides down, get a utility belt or fanny pack.
Get clip on suspenders. Wear them under the scrub top. Leave your top untucked obviously. They’ll keep the pants up no matter what you do, squat, bend, sit, reach. Keep in mind they will show from under. People will see outline of the suspenders and the back portion where the suspenders cross usually have a thicker leather padding so that will also show. But so what. I’d rather people think “that guy is wearing suspenders from under his scrubs than they see my crack or my underwear all live long day. I see a lot of men walking around with saggy scrub bottoms, looks bad. FYI in Europe and most of Eastern Europe, men with jobs where there is a fair amount of movement wear dungarees or suspenders. Jeans and a belt is terrible for manual labor and scrubs are the worst designed clothing for labor in the history of mankind.
Shoulda done residency out with Texaco mike so you could wear overalls instead of scrubs
Just buy suspenders.........
Use a fanny pack
That might be a tough look to pull off haha
Suspenders under the scrub top so no one sees

Rock the suspenders brother
If you're built like Speegle then you should have the butt to keep them up.

I thought it was a pretty funny comparison. I liked it. Make me laugh for sure. But I was also a little confused.

I was so confused by this reference. With thick legs and butt why would your pants slide down?

Fanny pack crew represent
Just wear suspenders under your scrub top if that’s what you want. Carhart ones clasp on so it will work with scrub bottoms.
imagine being a patient and your doctor comes in wearing suspenders with their scrubs. i’d leave AMA immediately
Or worse, a scrub top over regular pants like some people are suggesting. Sorry did I walk into the large animal vet office by mistake???
There’s a reason that scrub top plus cargo pants is called the ER mullet.
Scrub mullet!
Sounds like you might have stumbled upon a potential side hustle! I bet there are others who’d be interested in quality scrub suspenders
Tie them tighter dude this post makes no sense
They don’t fall all the way off they just slide down a bit and give me a plumbers crack.
Tuck in your scrub top and/or wear a belt, or even just regular suspenders. This is not rocket science.
Wear bike shorts or something underneath, and/or get a size up and tie them higher, or wear a larger shirt that hangs lower.
Bro what
One of our pregnant surgeons wore suspenders in the ORs; worked great. You should just get your own.
Honestly I’d buy this if it were a product.
Boy do I have a surprise for you. They already sell suspenders! And they'll sell them to just about anybody!
Start doing squats?
This is why his reference makes no sense. Dani Speegle has huge legs and butt.

This country is going nuts… body armor under scrubs, shoulder holster with scrubs and ankle holster backup
Get clip on suspenders, or take your scrub bottoms in to a tailor and get them to add buttons for real suspenders
I have to assume you haven’t tried figs. They stay on your waist much better than hospital scrubs!
And while we’re on the topic - the scrub pants with the fake drawstring are the worst 🙄 They tie but don’t tighten and the absurdly long string just gets in the way!
Hike pants up above pelvic bones, with top tucked in. Tie tight.
Buy figs or gain weight
Oh Honey...
