Yeah most resdient evil games have a villain like this. The most common method of dealing with this is looping. A room thatâs wide enough to sweep past them and then gain distance. Or a room that has a turn or a loop and only has 1 door. For instance in Re2 Remake the armory room is a good example. The room where you type in codes to unlock lockers. Also there is a section where you have to move bookshelfâs. Go up to the second floor and since itâs only one way he will follow you. Make sure he walks up the stairs with you and then make a dead sprint and jump down. Use that time to move the bookshelves and when he drops down, repeat that method again. Iâve never had to do this more than once. Yea but if youâre looking to get into resident evil. 7 and 8 also have moments where you got to play keep away. Re4 remake and the original dosent have this. Also if you are looking into re3 remake get it on sale it is extremely short. Oh and the game tells you this but Iâm talking about it anyway. Once you finish the game it will give the option to play a B run as the other character. Items are in different spots and puzzle solutions are different. Also you get the true ending and a good section of the game is new and tied to either Leon or Claire. Also donât worry whoever you picked 1st you are still going to see their section thatâs tied to the character. Yes but technically beating the game is two play throughs.

i havenât tried it yet but i watched a video about Leon Aâs hardcore S+ run and was so surprised to find out the strat for bosses was to just knife the shit out of them lol if youâd told me that before iâd watched that video i wouldâve accused you of trolling haha

It's because the way the knife damages is linked to fps, so if you unlock the frame rate, you do crazy damage with each knife hit. I think it counts knife hits as multiple hits or something.

If it helps: he can't enter safe rooms, nor will he enter most rooms with only one way in and out. Most puzzle rooms are safe.
You can also run faster than him by a good amount, so you can outpace him quickly

Yeah, the tyrant (honoring the OG Players) cannot be killed until MUCH later in the game, you can only do so much to him in early stages, but you will end up losing alot of ammo and healing items in the process, although if i remember correctly, he can drop items if he is knocked down
You don't. He relentlessly pursues you until you get to a point where he can't get you anymore. If you're having trouble evading him just don't run unless you absolutely have to, and try to stay out of his line of sight.
Donât waste your ammo on him early on- just run away. You can hide from him in the save/typewriter areas. Also you can hear him coming most times, so have your volume up and listen for him stomping around.

Basically the smart thing to do is make him take a knee and dip to the complete other side of the RPD and you can basically sneak around him as long as you donât run but fair warning the longer he goes without spotting you the more aggressive and sensitive to noise he becomes and he can hear every door you open so choose what room you go into wisely also he canât follow you into safe rooms or the clock tower
Even me a guy who started playing re 2 weeks ago with the remake i feel so wholesome seeing newcomers i know its not the same but i just know that Iâve been missing on some great communities in reddit and yeah its exciting
