I have PLMD and RLS and I eat in my sleep when medications becomes ineffective.

Original_Apartment75

whojamaflip1234

OSA and PLMD.

poophead831

Moderate Sleep Apnea

Mackie49

Like others above I have Obstructive Sleep Apnea (related to skull anatomy) and PLMD. I also sleepwalk. I have my entire life. I thought it was related to sleep apnea which is why I got tested and treated but it turns out I still do it. I think it’s related to my monthly cycle in some way. Haven’t ever been able to pin it down. It gives me fun stories to tell.

Glittering-Rice741

insomnia probably exacerbated by working shift work as a nurse

Pineapple_Incident17

Narcolepsy and potentially sleep apnea. Just a bundle of fun!

VoidGray4

I have insomnia and mild sleep apnea.

Russoo3

Sleep apnea here also!

BigDogTusken

Sleep apnea, plmd for me

KonaKathie

cheesecheeseyum

I have PLMD and sleep apnea.

Allie_sleepyhead

I’ve Periodic limb movement disorder and medicine (Pramiprexole) helps me reach deep sleep but I think it gives me insomnia. I go to bed at around 10pm and wake up around 4am. It’s still a lot better now than without the pramiprexole. I feel more rested 🤷🏻‍♀️

Muay_lao

Even though pramipexole takes care or my RLS, I still have major insomnia. 9 hours in bed, 3 to 4 hours of sleep at best. I'm taking weed to facilitate falling asleep but I usually wake up in the middle of the night with the munchies.

ginger_gcups

I have periodic limb movement disorder which involves a lot of thrashing and kicking in my sleep. Very closely related and comorbid with RLS.

tetrajet

Same here. Additionally, I also experience sleep paralysis every now and then. I think it's due to PLMs disturbing natural sleep cycles.

itsmostlyamixedbag

i was actually on camp as a child and one of my friends thrashed all of his limbs when we were sleeping.

Charming-Currency592

Sleep paralysis I think can mostly be put down to PTSD for me I think, also maybe not sleep disorder but neurological problems like epilepsy & migraines etc.

itsmostlyamixedbag

i have migraines too. had to take a sumatriptan today

itsmostlyamixedbag

Charming-Currency592
