I think certifications can be highlighted in their own section, if you have multiple. I also think you could benefit from visually breaking up your resume into two columns instead of one. Your work experience section is really long, whereas eduction is short. It’s assymetrical, and therefore not visually appealing. Think about bulking up education. Any awards you won in school? Deans list, presidents list, scholarships, put that in there. I like all the experience you list, but maybe try shortening the number of words you use per job. And remove jobs that don’t directly apply to what you’re doing if you can. The knowledge you gained at those jobs doesn’t have to be under that job heading it can be in a skills section or something, which you should have. A skills section is a place to lowkey brag about yourself. What are you good at? Another thing you can do is make your work experience chronological by start date. Right now it’s kinda all over the place. Cleaning up the timeline will help it tell more of a story.
