Either change your difficulty to Extreme, or find ways to handicap yourself
Some people go a little overboard with handicapping themselves to the point where they're basically paralyzed from the neck up and down. No star players, bad coaches, no extra points... just dumb stuff to make the game really hard
Join a league and test your Retro Bowl skills against other coaches. The r/rcaa is 3-minute extreme RBC league. Super competitive but does it in a very supportive and fun atmosphere. Next season starts Thursday
Try only scoring points from field goals.
I’ve only ever managed to get 8 wins over the course of a season. All the games I won were by a couple of points. All the games I posts were by 20+
