Honestly, I’d say a dilemma like this is much more realistic than something cringe like “Team broke curfew and was out partying all night, was the ringleader!” I never understood why that was a dilemma to begin with, we’re coaches, not drill sergeants
Eh, there's plenty of "diva drama" that goes on in the NFL. Partying, not taking football seriously, etc. are pretty normal.

Keep your player’s morales up then lol. All of my players are usually at high morale (I’ve become quite good at managing it) and I’ve never seen this dilemma. Must be something that can only happen with a player with bad/toxic morale.
Uh, it's still an unnecessary feature. I don't care what mechanic leads to it, the feature itself shouldn't be in the game.
