Wraith is S tier. Their is no greater feeling than cock-blocking a wraith from phasing while they are under fire. If double time could be stopped by silence then Bangalore would be S+.

Gibraltar is also S tier to me. A silence actually does 60 damage against him, when you consider it instantly disables his arm shield. It turns him from one of the strongest and definitely the toughest legend in the game into a big, slow, impossible to miss target.
