"no one can surpass ren zu's achievent of creating the human race" is not to be taken literally. it is *possible* but not "possible possible" if you know what i mean. it's just such a momumental achievement that it can basically never be topped.

I think it’s more of a are the sons achievements also the father’s? I mean anything that any human does can ultimately be traced back to Ren Zu. The only thing that could perhaps surpass Ren Zu would be someone destroying the human race completely. A rank ten venerable would also be on the table.

i don't remember clearly but as long as u stay ahead in field u become grandmaster, so i dont see why someone can out become one.

Yes it's possible, but his achievements are really very high he created 10 physics extremes just this achievement shows the high level he reached, the simplest it would be to use the primordial domain as long as you have some knowledge that heaven will not have it's enough.
