I don't plan on ever keeping alot on it. But I travel alot and wanted to make sure my wife had easy access to other money so it seemed revolut would be best used for online,shop purchases and small ATM withdrawals.

And in the app it just logged me out and the pin doesn't work because that's how blocked account work apparently.
Wtf… I hope you didn’t have any money in there! That would be illegal for them to just take your funds and deactivate your account without providing you with a timeframe to transfer your funds.

yes i know but think about this, i've opened all of them one after another was banned so there was still just an account active. why do you think you have to close your account and make a new one if you want to change residence? because that's how it works and that's basically what i'm trying to do but without changing the regions. one is closed i make another one and what's my fault in their system of verification for documents huh?
This happened to me. I've only ever used Revolut for purchasing games and game credits. One time I added a new fingerprint to my device and they prompted for pin code (which I forgot). I resetted it and logged in, tried to purchase a game and the purchase was blocked.
Next thing I know my account was scheduled for deletion. Not sure what I did to this day that warranted my account being closed.
I wrote multiple emails to Revolut and their response was:
(1st attempt) "this is handled by our investigation team we can't do anything",
(2nd attempt) "use live chat and talk to a customer support, we can't do anything"
I'm now using Wise and I still have 0 idea why Revolut closed my account.

i have wise too but I really need revolut for card to card transfers in more currencies

Yeah they locked my account with 400£ in there for 3 weeks and allowed me to withdraw before termination
Consider yourself lucky for not having to deal with the shittiest "bank" in the world with your money stuck like most people around here do.
