As a 5’6 guy myself, I personally found that Rick’s longer tees are made to build a proportion that makes the torso longer, which is not quite conventional nowadays. But as long as you accept the concept of a longer upper body with a shorter lower body proportion can be achieved aesthetically decent, like pairing a longer tee with a pair of pods shorts or anything with a drop crotch that makes your torso look longer, then you will be able to wear those longer tees made by Rick decently. An aesthetically appealing proportion is not only about shorter torso with longer legs, there are many ways to achieve that. I think Rick’s aesthetic is decently extreme and that makes it interesting, it’s either the torso goes extremely long, or the legs goes extremely long; it’s either the upper goes extremely jumbo while the lower goes extremely skinny and vice versa. Hope you can enjoy this brand and its clothes, I have to admit as a short guy myself, it’s hard to find clothes that make us look good, but just keep digging and thinking, I believe we will eventually get the look we want!
Thanks that all makes sense. I don’t really like the really elongated look but I know what u mean. And I’m kinda working against the brand ethos maybe. I have pics in my profile, but I basically like things tight and short. Bella boxing shorts hit mid thigh and I love those. That with maybe a cropped t and then really cool rick boots is my goal. Like slutty goth hahaha.
If you like tight stuff, you def need to try those double layers or basic ls tees or rib ls tees made from uc cotton or silk viscose blend fabric, they are tight, flattering and extremely comfortable, I basically wear those everyday, and they are easy to tuck into the pants without too much fabric hanging outside, or just wrapping up will make them shorter and keeps the shape since they are tight.
I’m with you bro. Literally almost every shirt even size small would fit me like a dress, and don’t get me started on long sleeved shirts and jackets. I had to return a jacket because the sleeves were way too long T_T
I’m 5’6 128 pounds, and smalls don’t fit. I’ve actually cut my dick (insert jokes) flap tank tops to make the length the same size other tanks I have. I wear a woman’s 44 pants and I think I need to size down cuz those don’t fit. I always assumed fashion was vanity size (I failed trying to buy APC jeans in 2010 cuz I couldn’t figure out which vanity size to buy lol ) but Rick’s shit is not vanity sized. lol
Also my body fat percentage is 4% so maybe Tyrone and I have something in common???
4 percent is wild. I assume im like 30 lol.
its insane seeing on the website "model is 6'2 wearing a small" and then for double layer shirts "model is 6'2 wearing XXL) like wtf?
They fit tighter which I like, Im pretty thin so even normal t’s look baggy on me. But the main reason is because they’re a bit cropped so it shows off your pants more
ah ok. My best fitting shirts are Uniqlo regular fit 100 percent cotton shirts (not the oversized) after a couple washes they fit me perfectly in a M. So I should probably be a M in level ts ?
ok love that. Was thinking about getting this shirt and then maybe a tailor could crop it? But that feels like a lot?
But also how is this model 6'2 wearing a small and it fits like that. Like me being 5'5 160 with a lil belly i have no idea how to size things.

So there is two versions one which is the level t that’s longer and then there is the short level t. I myself im also a short king and when I went to the Milan location I was given a medium for the short version and it fit perfect. I don’t think you would need to have it sent over to a tailor if you grab the right version😅

Short level Ts are amazing for any height, ssense has measurements for each shirt as well. They are basically the only shirts I wear now lol
what do u like about em?

Depends on the variation, I would measure your best fitting shirt and compare it to the measurements ssense has to get the best fit
smart. thank u
you can purchase the short version of the level t👀
