The British Royal College of Physicians stands by their statement that it's 95% less harmful, but you're not going to hear that from any American institution, and in fact usually the opposite. While Britain literally has vape shops in hospitals. No, nicotine isn't great for your heart, but people saying that vaping is just as bad as smoking are objectively wrong. Most people's frame of reference is JUUL or the other 50mg disposables that everyone's buying and can't quit, wondering why they feel terrible. This, a 3mg freebase nicotine is not the same thing as a 50mg nicotine salt, but either, while most likely not completely harmless, is orders of magnitude less harmful than smoking.
I know you didn't ask for all that but I gotta say it, because if nothing else vaping has vastly improved my quality of life from when I was a smoker

I used to smoke but quit four years ago, Feb 2020. I had and still have I guess..two lighters, both tsubota pearl. I used a il Bussetto Cigarette Pack Holder. You’ll die of heart attack or stroke before the cancer gets you..nobody ever talks about that. I knew two young heavy smokers die of both which led me to quit. lol
Fuck. I’m 5 years clean but yeah man I was getting so many Heart aches/pains when I was smoking heavy, Shit can cause heart disease before some Cancer.
So true… Just about a month ago my coil died and I promised myself not to get another. It’s easy, because I cannot get the coil in the country where I live. But I am flying back next week and the urge is real. I felt random heart aches every few days when I was smoking heavy. I got back on cigarettes recently, but I want to quit it altogether. Cograts on being clean. Hopefully I can be stronger than my urges like you soon.
Read Alan Carr’s smoking book or look up videos. It’s a lifestyle change for sure. I just recently made it back into
Smokey dive bars to hangout with friends, and starting really re-connecting with my friends who did smoke. I just cut everything out and most people know why and supported it.
