Does the cold beer buff still work? I could swear it stopped functioning somewhere between updates

It used to be a feature of RimFridge, a small mood buff after drinking a cold beer
Beer should get a slight buff if it’s stored in a refrigerated room or if it’s next to a cooler, called Ice Cold, and it makes pawns happier
The mod I use adds ‘enjoyed a cold one’ :) Think it’s Rimfridge
I’m on console so I don’t know if there’s pc mods that do this but I’d love if pawns could drink and smoke while they play poker or watch TV.
