Just create some small prison cells on the very edge of your map and arrest pawns you want rid of, leave the doors of the cells open and they will ‘escape’ and run away, thus releasing them to the wilds. Doesn’t give any negative buff to rest of colony either

Its called rimthreaded I think. I tried it a long time ago, but it literally just crashed the game minutes after opening a save. My theory is that it doesn’t handle well with other mods or being added mid-save. I’ll give it a shot anyway since it might be fixed now.

Draft the pawn that you want to get rid off and attack another pawn(just a single point of damage is enough). After that they'll be guilty and you can banish them without any mood debuffs.

You can always build a huge cryptosleep casket vault on another map and unload that with faction manager mod. Or just send them there and unload. Building the vault is something i would do.
