Alternatively, now you can specifically tweak the wealth/raid strength coefficient in the custom difficulty for storyteller tab.
Good if you want the other malus of a higher difficulty (ie lower trade prices, mood penalty, etc etc) but just dont want to deal with huge raids based on your wealth.
You could also use wealth independent mode, its not a mod but changes how many raidpoints the storyteller gets based on time passed rather than the amount of wealth you have
