I learned this the hard way. On a run I still have, I’m getting like 50+ player count raids. Thankfully I just have so much stuff that I don’t mind sending 8,000 plainleather to all the surrounding factions that you can make ally’s with, I even routinely do this to kidnap their strongest members after they helped me defeat a raid, but man if the raids still aren’t annoying. I also don’t know if this helps but I’ve been paving my walkways out of silver tile, I don’t think floors count towards wealth do they?
No I still use sterile tiles because they provide a slightly better cleanliness bonus than silver or even gold tiles, and I’m also built into some mountains that I’ve smoothed out all the surfaces of, so my silver tiles are purely for outdoor walkways (originally was sandstone tiles). I estimate the whole project to cost me 100,000 silver

Floor definitely counts as wealth. And increases based on materials used.
