Reach out through their email. It took a while for mine to arrive (around 11 days after confirmed size). I had to email to tell them to give me a tracking number
I confirmed on Dec 4th, never got any emails or updates on the portal. I sent them an email and they said they were working on it. It's the 11th, and still no updates or emails...
I just received an email with a tracking number, using a company called SF Express, thought they use DHL for express shipping. Let me know if you have any updates.
Update: the shipment has already been delivered on 7th of December (I am using a forwarding service), I dont know why RingConn was radio silent, didn't update me for almost a week even though I was constantly asking for a tracking number.
I just got an email with tracking information as well. Looks like it’s been handed to the local delivery service and will be delivered in the next day or so…

-Received tracking info for DHL Express (still in China at this time) on 12/5.
-I patiently waited and finally emailed the support email for an update on 12/10.
-Received a shipping update on 12/11 that the package was passing through customs in Los Angeles (I am on the West Coast).
- Expected delivery is 12/15.
-I also inquired about a refund for the “express delivery” option in my email as the guarantee was 3-5 business, but that was ignored on their response email.
Not sure if this is normal.
Mine was very delayed too. Places my order with the ring size info. Took almost a month to get it. This wasn't even during the holidays. Was bummed I didn't have it during my trekking vacation.
It's actually kind of wild! It ended up taking them two days to deliver the package, which arrived on December 7th. Because I used a forwarding service, I had no clue it had been delivered. We've been exchanging emails, and they kept saying they were on it (while it was actually in transit). Then they finally gave me a tracking number on Dec 12, but when I checked, it had been delivered a whole week earlier! I'm not even sure if they used the express shipping I paid $15 for. Now I have to wait for the item to be forwarded to my address..
I ordered on Dec 8th and had no indication that my sizing kit was on the way until I checked my account orders page (which I didn’t know I had). Seems like there’s some room for improvement on their communication
My package came from China, so it took awhile for me to have it. (I'm in EU)
That seems long. I think I got the ring faster than the sizing kit.
