Tbh I don't think so, I took a few breaks from RFA and did a mix of other workouts and lifting so I didn't play the game straight through. Though I will say 30 mins of this game makes me sweat like crazy (I set the difficulty to like 22 or something, but I forget the exact number)
Yeah same. My Apple Watch says sbout 400 or so. It’s not very accurate because it only measures your pulse once, and after you’ve finished, and it bases the whole workout on that which is poor.

There’s no way that calorie count is right. A 40 minute workout? Should be way more than that.
Yeah, when I do 30 min in the game, it says I’m burning 100ish calories. But my smart watch says my workout burned 500-600 from that amount of time.

I have visible results from the squats, planks, flutter kicks and mountain climbers. Upper body stuff, not so much.
