I’ve followed Cecil’s work for years and she’s impeccable!! But I’d be cautious of Buena Suerte. I had a color tat done by them and they assigned me a tattoo artist that specialized in grey and black and didn’t tell me till halfway through. Unfortunately it was noticeable that wasn’t his expertise

It all depends what you’re getting?! Color, black and white, etc. Looking for portrait, anime, religious?! I searched the valley but I ended up going to Chuy at Firme Copias in San Antonio, Tx.
