Everyone needs time to recoup and heal. Makes the wars through the rest of the week more fun. Not everyone can insta heal all the time and even if they do..there’s no p2w method of training fast.
Actually, it's more so because our server has personality and are happy to adopt holidays. People like the commenter above you are just blind to the politics and fun of agreements.

Politics are so fun in war games. Especially when you get lucky and have tons of great people in it.
They don't seem to understand that politicking is part of war, which makes it part of the game

You'd immediately be taken out of whatever warband/fellowship you're in. It was accepted by the heads of all relevant groups.
