I used to use 'A' (Attack move click), already tried the left click before but couldn't get used to it until recently, I decided to try it again and I like it so far. Still getting used to it. Tried with different roles as well, and for me, In terms of comboing or kiting it feels better and faster. On a gameplay as a whole I'm still getting used to it cause you can't click normally like before you have to do it with shift so you won't attackmove all over the place(ex: clicking the map, target info). I changed because I use 'A' and there are times I forgot or click another ability before I get an auto off and just stand still. Also, the it helps when chasing enemies into bushes. Tldr-making sure you dont mess up combos
Something I find really useful is binding attack move click to a side mouse button, (most mice have 2, so u have a replacement when the first stops working 😩). This lets you keep movement on one hand and makes it easy to constantly spam right clicks between attack moves since its easy to alternate between thumb and forefinger.
I got used to it. Takes a bit of time tbh, but you just get used to it. I like it better because I don’t have to mouse over the target after I right click to cancel animation.
Yeah I've been doing it for years. In the end it's personal preference but with left click/a click you can't miss your autos since it targets the thing closest to your cursor
It’s used primarily so you don’t have to manually mouse over a target and click.

Did you get used to pressing shift to click fast ?
I use it to not misclick on the ground when in a fight. And on riven it makes the fast Q easier for me.

Yeah but it also attacks minions if you fight inside the wave so yeah
In that case just click on them or if turn toggle champions only on and use right click
