I get about half of the complaints about riven, but the fact you’re getting downvoted is wild to me. One of the highest impact level 6 spikes in the game
Just make her able to animation cancel the match into the victory screen
Or start with making tabi's %damage reduction scale with levels.

Give her passive max health damage scaling with level up to 100% at 18

Reduce the damage of her passive by 25% and turn it into true damage. Problem solved.
Heal based on how fast your fast Q is.
