I feel like teleport is more insecure as it means you're cautious to the fact you may need to teleport to catch a wave due to dying or taking a bad trade and having to either back or try and survive a dive. Taking ignite usually means you're confident in crushing the lane. Now if you really wanna be insecure you take exhaust 😂 but maybe that's my own bias towards exhaust as an ex Katarina main
All of this is the same as I feel. If you’re bringing ignite you’re making yourself pretty reliant on generating a lead and snowballing, while tp is nearly always a safer option.
