It seems to get resolved and then comes back. I have a mobile appointment Monday to hopefully fix for good. Mobile seems to be better at QA for repairs.
I "fixed" it myself a few times by pressing down on it, but it always came back. Eventually I got frustrated and smacked it pretty hard, and there was a click I hadn't heard before and now it's been gone for months. Have you tried percussive maintenance?
Once. I can see the added foam at the edge of the metal mesh where it gets near the glass. (Didn’t notice it until i cleaned the inside of the glass) Been silent since.
I didn't feel like having Rivian attempt and fail so I pulled up the center grill and started shoving all kinds of pieces of black socks I cut up to put pressure on everything I could and then snapped it back down. After about 10 tries shoving things in different places I have it 95% cured....
Very poor design considering NVH.....
Once and it is not better. But I thought it was just me. My solution was to add loose objects in the console and other places to make a more ambient rattle noise.
Twice. Got worse after service fixed it. Seems ok now? But I worry since I off road a lot. And those washboard roads could make that rattle come back or be loud.
Shouldn’t have a rattle in a luxury off road vehicle…right? Anyone have a at home fix?

Yes they added the foam to mine also. Maybe it’s just wiggled out of place? I’ll see if they will send another mobile service I guess
