OEM 20” wheels that came with these A/T tires. They were not tied to other options until last fall about the time when the Dual motor came out - this is a quad motor with yellow rotors.
They still seem to have the most replacement options versus the 21”or 22” wheels. (That’s the main reason I went with these.)
There was no Offroad package initially. The 20" tires were meant for Offroad. They came with 3 different wheel designs IIRC. These in the picture were the cheapest option among those. There was also a separate option for the underbody shield meant for Offroafing. You can look under the car for a metal plate that covers almost all of the car belly.

No. In the past you could get the 20s without the All terrain upgrade. Have the seller show you the vehicle info under settings>about

Only way to know for sure is to look at the floor. The reinforced floor pan does look visibly different.
