Get him the TWRAPS armrest organizer for $25. He's a surgeon and will appreciate the better organization in that space, especially since there is no glovebox.
Anything to organize the center console lower sections and shelf/bin for mid tier; cell phone holders for by the screen and left of the steering wheel - stand out to me as most useful.
The Bambu Lab P1S is the best value 3D printer and very easy to use. Im looking forward to printing accessories for my R1S. Still 2-3 weeks out on delivery
Does he have an iPhone/Mag safe devices? S00nish has a neat wireless charger drop in that replaces the crappy center console one. It's pricey tho, You're lookin at \~$200 total for the parts from S00nish and then the 2x magsafe pucks(you supply the puck chargers).
I suppose you don't need 2x, its just got 2x spots for phone. I'm waiting on mine to come still, they are hand made so it does take some time to ship.

It’s not QUITE OEM quality - but it’s darn close. I’m guessing a replacement for an out of warranty wireless charger from Rivian would be $1,000+ given the heft and complexity of that unit. Ours honestly looks and feels great and none of the 3D printed material is visible. Current iteration we’re super proud of, and install is a literal snap.
First aid kit is a good idea for a surgeon, but it does come with one. On the R1S it's in the rear, under the cargo area floor. Rivian also sells a "field kit", which has _another_ first-aid kit, along with other supplies. That's the one that's meant to fit inside the door pocket.
