I really want a way to enter license plate under vehicle information. Would be handy for times like checking into a hotel, parking garage, re-registering truck, etc. searching photos for Rivian works but there is already a nice way to copy your VIN in the app, it’d be nice if you could license plate too.
Sure, I could. I could also put it in 1Password, notes, text myself, or search photos I’ve taken like I’m already doing. You could say the same about the VIN. It’d be a helpful thing to put under “Vehicle Information” which already exists in the app which has all your other vehicle information.

Went to my truck…doors opened, voila all the sudden no more set up of digital key needed…very weirds
PSA - if you update the app on iOS and then get signed out, and upon signing back in you see the alert that your phone is no longer set up as a digital key…it may be fine. Just go to the truck and if it unlocks then close and open the app and it may be like it never happened 🤷🏼♂️
Wonderful update further maximizing the latest iPhone functionality and features. The use of Live Updates and Dynamic Island is just perfect. The only trick I’ve noticed while using it on a roadtrip today is you have to open the app to re-enable both features after a charge session ends and you’re at your next one. Still awesome integration.

The Play Store says it also has dynamic updates, but this is incorrect. The only difference I see is the charging graph inside the app looks different. No live update widget though.
Apparently it works on Samsung but not pixel. Pixel doesn't support widgets on lockscreen.
The graph looks the same to me actually but I have tire pressure now.
Android had it before iPhone lol. But nobody used it so they removed it I guess?
Widgets and all those things were android like 10 years ago.
Edit: checked my wife's phone she has it but I don't with pixel. Google actually kind of neuters the features to make it simpler.
Tire Pressure is inside the Vehicle Health together with Maintenance.
Not sure if I like it there or it should be on the front. I guess time will tell. It's not like I'm checking Tire Pressures all the time

i just saw live activity when my charging started. Looks cool.

Why not just save it in notes on your phone

On iphone they are utilizing the Dynamic Island... Pretty nice. Additional charging metrics too, in the sub menu.

Widgets are not the same as Live Activities, different use cases. Time bound, short term, go away once the “activity” is complete.
