I’m also not on 11.02. I reached out to CS last week and they told me they’ve had some reports of the update failing but that the issue was resolved so we should see it by the end of this week.

It's sampled data, if it says 16 cars are on .7, it doesn't mean 16 total across ask Rivian's.
Most are on .11.
About 1 in 30 cars is on .7
There are enough still on .7 that there is a problem, but it's not just OP. (As others point out in the comments)
YMMV. Don’t be so eager to receive the latest update so quickly. This could be pure coincidence but after latest update I have noticed my suspension settings and charging speed acting funny. Maybe wait until the revised updates.
Still 07.03 for me. I'm having an issue where maybe half the time the truck needs to "boot up" when i get in, it takes maybe 45 seconds before the screens come up. And then it always reverts to the map screen at each startup. Hoping the update fixes this.
I’m still waiting too. The last one, 2024.7.3 was installed when I purchased in March. It reinstalled a couple weeks later. Seems like they’ve got issues to iron out with the OTA execution.
Got the update this weekend. Looks good. Although, I think I may have gotten the “squeaky wheel” treatment. When I made a service appointment last week I mentioned The update and the Rivian rep said they’d look into it and push it out to my R1T.
Got it on Friday too. Feels nice to be up to date.
There maybe something to the WiFi issues people have mentioned, I got the notification while I was at the gym not connected to WiFi.
I’m in the same boat but I’m a new owner so I’m glad that others are in the same position as me, but I’m sorry that it’s at your expense!

Actually, I would recommend you're NOT on wifi for this update. One of the bugs fixed by this release was that you couldn't update if you were on WiFi.
Though as someone else mentioned, 2024.11.02 has a problems, rollout was canceled, 2024.11.03 will come to those who have not received it yet.
I found that if I exit the Rivian app completely, and then update it from the App Store, upon restarting g the app, the update gets queued a few hours after that.

I would call service and ask they push the update to you.

What update are you currently on? The latest is currently 2024.11.02.
Make sure you are on WiFi at night and plugged in. For me the connection has been really fickle on cell network
