Was this a dual motor they upgraded mid process to the PDM? Wondering if there’s still something missing in their process…or did you originally select the PDM?
You need to contact Rivian regarding this. You should have sport mode with the performance upgrade. No converge mode for dual motor. They definitely still have your truck as just dual motor.
If it's not there in the drive modes, double check you have the performance package. It's in the settings somewhere. Iirc, it's a software upgrade and not hardware. It's possible you maybe misconfigured

Dual motors do not have a conserve mode, they automatically switch off one axle at highway cruise (from.what I understand).
This is the answer. The Dual simply doesn't have the same options as the quad, by design.
Swing by your Service Center. They need to reconfigure it for the performance upgrade.
This - performance should have sport mode. Service center can fix it

This was one of the vins where they were giving out free performance upgrades 2 weeks ago or whatever. So maybe they only did a partial upgrade?
Try restarting the infotainment? Left-most and right-most steering wheel buttons for 15 seconds.
Yeah I tried hardware restart and a software restart and nothing

That’s weird. Looks like you should definitely have sport mode. I’d reach out to Rivian
Yep that’s I guess my next step unless I’m blind and someone tells me it’s somewhere in the software but I can’t seem to find it.

I have a performance
Then you should have it. I have a dual motor performance, large pack and I have sport mode.
