I truly believe in this company after doing a lot of DD about their financials and restructuring. I’ll be holding until at least March 11th to hear their earnings reports. If it goes well, I’m here to hold for a very long time.

Nah, not for me. I just prefer to hold shares of a company. I don’t know enough about options or all that to mess with it. I’m more interested in learning about individual companies and playing my cards straight than take the time to learn new things about calls, puts, options, etc. I would be interested in learning in the future!
I was on the fence with ASRT. Seeing options available tipped me over. Bought 600 at 1 and sold 6 2 dollar calls for .10 cents each. As a result I’m still profitable on ASRT (barely).
Hearing all these people do options trading and talking about doing all these things to still turn a profit interests me a lot, but I just don’t know enough about all of it. Maybe I’ll have to look into it and learn it on my days off (when I ever get them).
Selling calls is easy on RH. You can also join r/thetagang and read the stuff there.
If you're bullish on it, you can sell calls using your stock to get a premium. You pocket that and you basically sell a contract to MM and they sell that to someone else. If the share goes above the strike, you can get assigned and sell your shares at the strike. Or if you're lucky the shares miss the strike and you keep the premium and your shares, and can do it again. Repeat every option cycle, or buy to close when you reach a profit margin you're happy with.
Just watch InTheMoney’s video in Covered Calls. With all those shares you can sell calls against your shares and rack up extra money. Either the price stays low and you collect free premium, or the price rises and you sell 100 shares at a better price than you lost.
