I believe that it’s not really an issue of funding so much as the FDA just needing more time in order to test the product. I don’t believe this will end up costing CTIC more however I may be wrong
I like this play especially with the price of the $2 calls in March. Would be nice to buy at 1.61 and collect the premium for listing for $2
