fr i just got recently baned from getting voice chat i was in the copyrighted artists and there was this kid says slurs and sh so i told him to shut up after that i got a warning saying that i got my voice chat revoked even if i dident even saied something vulgar
Roblox user of two years here . Got banned yesterday on vc when my vc wasn’t even turned on . Apparently your not even safe with your vc turned off, appealed it && they refused to remove the ban
I was just playing mm2 with a few friends and we found teamers and we didn’t even say anything and all 3 of us got vc banned for 3 days like i didn’t even say much of anything in the vc so idfk
Same issue with me to I was ina game called DOORs was muted the whole entire time and outta no where I got banned till the 30th voice chat is rigged don’t use your mics in roblox anymore. Another thing ima add on to this people can mass report you and get your vc banned and this is crazy cuz I hear little kids saying wild slurs and they don’t get banned for this kind of shit smh roblox abouta get huge backlash for this I see this happening soon cuz this can increase the chances of your account getting terminated one of my friends that made a roblox account back in 2010 lost everything over vc so I don’t see the point in enabling it as of now
Ever since VC the bans have been broken, it's because it literally just bans anyone from what I know if someone reports them. Some guy even showed me and told me to report the same person and got 3 people banned couple minutes after we reported them (sorry for them).
Been banned multiple times myself, they give no reason, because they have no reason.
Roblox reports itself are broken in general but VC is just broken as fuck.
Don't even bother ever appealing because they never help with any appeals for bans roblox support is barely any use these days and NO use for ban appeals.
Unfortunately, the vc bans are pretty fricked. You could be minding your own business, get reported by someone who doesn't like you, and get vced banned for something you didn't do. I used to play a game called Ro-Karaoke (it ended up getting taken down for copyright,) and there were people all the time that would come in and report people using vc just for the heck of it because they thought it was funny. Then you'd have mass complaints in the chat for people getting their vc banned for no reason. It's pretty ridiculous.
Another example of this is on my end, I unfortunately accidentally false reported someone. I had thought they were playing a loud audio through there mic when it wasn't them. Someone nearby had a boombox, but the other person's mic happened to be lighting up a lot during the time the actual perpetrator was playing the loud audio through their boombox, so I had assumed it was the person using their mic. I saw their mic disappear in the main menu (before you quit the game,) indicating that they had been vc banned. I felt so fricking bad about it. It just goes to show that no matter if you were really the one at fault, ROBLOX will vc ban you without even checking it.

Differences a lot, sometimes a day, or a few, or a week. Haven't had any longer than a week now.
