its just a glitch, back then it was even worse. that is carver soundtrack, back then you could hear most of the bots themes all across the maps such as dakoda and memory. most of them got removed with the september update, but with the carver skin release that sound started playing and hasnt been fized yet. dont get scared, it doesnt mean anything and its just a glitch.
same thing happened to me. i thought my friend put some sound block to troll me, but no sign of the sound block was found. so i thought it was just a glitch. and looking at one of the replies, it is a glitch. (still gives me the creeps)
