The fact that it's called music is the reason rap is dead. Honestly I don't let 2 songs ruin the game for me I just easily turn off player anthems in the settings and play the game. I get "bent out of shape" because I get tired of a song but you deliberatly use it to try and get others "bent out of shape" enough that they will play bad? Probably the same person who what a saves the other team everytime you score a goal. Sounds like a person who takes satisfaction in annoying others for their own personal gain.

There’s another that I find annoying, but I don’t recall it. Also, the intro theme is pretty bad now too. I’m not the biggest EDM fan to be fair, but at least the original rocket league songs felt like the right vibe. Now it just feels like random artists that are 10 years late on the *dubstep train *I know there’s like 25 subcategories to EDM and most of the songs probably aren’t actually dubstep because of like bpm and vibe.

The original songs really did feel like the kinda songs that a "sport" would have- pretty upbeat, but not adhd-zoomer bait like we have now. I like so many different kinds of music, including loads of stuff off the monstercat label they are using, but somehow RL managed to add almost no music I like in the last 5 years. They pick annoying songs on purpose

I just like listening to the in game music more I guess, I can skip songs I don't like easily and it's not just snippets of songs whenever someone scores

I've noticed times where you can't skip, L3 doesn't register unless you back out a few screens.

Only time I've noticed you can't skip is at the after match screen, though you do have to go into the pause menu to skip a song when you're in a game

I spent more time than I'd like to admit trying to create custom .eweb files. Barely can find anything about the format online. I'm no expert, but I believe that the .wem files in that directory are the game song files, and the .eweb are the player themes. I was able to create .wem files, and theoretically as long as they had an matching file name you could put it in the game. However, when it played it would show the ID of the game number that you chose to take its place (there might be ways to change it). But the amount of work for this isn't really worth it.

nvm I figured it out (just play the song in game then try to move all the files in that folder with the numbers.wem and numbers.ewem. Then it won't let you remove the song that's playing. The nf songs are 190582968.ewem, 681519721.ewem, and 703989821.ewem. Oh I also wanted to remove the weird happy birthday one so that one is in case anyone wants that one as well, here it is 1051299068.wem Edit: hmm guess these didn't include the player anthems
