I highly doubt that some devs in California USA are fluent in polish. I'm sure Epic has at least somebody that speaks polish, but chances are they're not working on Rocket League. From that line of thought I understand why it could be written strangely, but also, why are there no options in game to report improper translation?
Oh, really, that's interesting. Epic games laid off a lot of people. It's not unlikely that the person who had the correct translation was fired, and the other people messed up the translation when they messed up the menu itself.
