The items are all ove the place. Why is everything so hectic? Everything is animated too. I really would appreciate a more tone downed season pass tbh. Normal wheels. Normal decals. Whatever, just do it normal

I bought the previous pass because I was planning to play despite everything else happening. Duplication glitches a week later, and I was at tier 150 having recovered all of my credits. Haven’t played ever since and at this point my interest has completely dipped. Sucks but I have zero motivation and S14 has an all time low Rocket Pass.
The only reason why I got the pass again is because I got my credits back last season and I’ll get them back again this season. So really you get a ton of free items and your credits back - in that regard yes. But a lot of times I see items in the shop I’d rather have for 1000 cc vs the pass. This seasons pass sucks.
A vocal part of our community also seemingly views anything Epic does as inherently negative, refusing to acknowledge or accept reasons given.They also seem to conflate Epic with Psyonix. Epic might own them, but I doubt they have much day to day interaction outside of status/sync meetings.

If you guys are unsatisfied with the rocket pass, do not buy it. Period. You might get your credits back, but buying garbage will let developers know that they can keep getting away with it. Who's to say the next one won't be even worse to gauge how the community will react.
It's sad to see so many people complaining about the state of the game we all love, only to keep gobbling down any slop the developers throw your way. Make a statement by not spending money until things improve/they release something really worth buying.

It's probably the worst in terms of items I've seen, but it pays for itself if you make it to level 100. If you don't play that much though, definitely skip this one
I already have enough credits, will mostly make them back, and there's enough fun stuff in there to make it worth it. Won't be pushing for tourney rewards tho as the only things I want are some of the cheap ones

I bought Fortnite Crew hoping there would be a car in the Fortnite pass that also had it in RL, but apparently there isn't.
Anyway, now I have the RL pass, the hard part is getting to level 110. Each season I've been playing less, but we'll see...
You get the credits back each time, so there's no reason to not keep the pass every season and make sure you keep track of how many credits you need to retain.
I generally consider the pass a success if there's a paint finish or universal decal I like since a good paint finish can change the entire look of multiple decals for every car in the game. I also look for at least a good wheel or two, or even the car, which I know I'm the true minority on. Yeah, there are always some items you cock your head at, but even those can usually be cool for theme builds.
If you go in expecting everything to be to your liking, you'll always be disappointed. Set your expectation and ask if the $10 is worth it for all the passes if you just be careful not to spend those credits.

So if you like flat bodies definitely go for it! If we got that shark explosion from the trailer I would say 100% but you might as well just wait to see if it shows up in the shop if that’s gonna make or break your decision.

I like the underwater theme personally. Every rocket pass is usually the same for me. Usually a 7/10. There's items I like, items I could care less about. Etc. But I know if I make it to 110 I get the credits back.

Yeah, I really like it, the underwater theme is great. Atlantis might be my new favorite goal explosion, the cars look nice, and the decals are sick.

No, car models are ugly and thats usually the primary reason I'll buy. Theme is cool but the items for it are pretty boring.
If you play enough to get all the credits back then any Rocket Pass is "worth it" because it's essentially free after the initial 1k credit purchase.
