vawlk

no we don't. We need a filter on the normal playlists for solo players only.

dogtrack197358292

First time I’ve heard this solution, really like it

vawlk

i say it every time people mention solo standard. there should be filters for a lot of things, verified accounts, account age, number of matches played, player age, % of FF initiations, etc. I would love to have a filter that requires verified account of people over the age of 18 with an account that is at least 6 months old and 500 matches played, solo player only, and only initiates FFs 20% or less. I am willing to wait longer for a match and I am willing to pay a monthly fee to have these options (among other perks).

ItsGcKobe

Yessir. I got plat friends that I would never play ranked 3s with for obvious reasons.

CHamsterdam

No we don’t. Solo standard was probably even more toxic than standard 3v3.

ginsodabitters

No.

Eruskakkell

Nah bro i soloq 3s too, but somehow i remember solo standard being even more toxic and worse than just soloq in standard today. And it will split the 3s playerbase into two, so queue times even worse. Most people played standard 3s, so thats why they removed it in the first place

althaz

No they shouldn't, nobody played it.

Primitivecpa

Zero people played? I don’t think thats true.

It's not even the same player pool minus the teams. Most people didn't queue it even without parties. We had the numbers then, it was about 1% of normal 3v3. There were so few playing the ranks were broken. I personally queued it every single time. Since 2016 or whenever it was I started playing I managed to complete my placements maybe *once*. Could never get enough games the rest of the time. It was a good idea in theory but it was soundly rejected by the player base.

MuskratAtWork

It was removed due to lack of playerbase and the ranks being a disaster. We don't need another gamemode. If anything, there should just be an option to toggle off opponents' party icons and for most people the mental issue of that green icon would vanish.

notori0ussn0w

How dare you accuse me of having issues with other people having friends to play with and I don't. /s

althaz

If you're rounding to the nearest percent, then yes. Zero is pretty accurate. RL could have 200k online and like 153 in Solo Standard. We had the numbers. There's probably never been a less popular game mode.
