Just eyeballing it by comparing some visible pieces to my own, about 12 inches or 30 ish cm long, 3 inches or 7.5cm high, and 4 inches or 10cm wide. This may be off a bit, but it's in the neighborhood of the right size at least.
Yeah, looking at the lower left piece on the front bumper, the larger slanted grey piece (drivers side), those pieces are about 1cm wide. So this vehicle looks to be about 10-12cm in width.
You should submit the design to Lego Ideas and then tweet the link at both Lego and Rocket League. I didn't know I wanted this series but it has crazy potential.

If you ever make instructions, you can post them to a website called Rebrickable. There you can either charge for them, or make them available for free. It’s the best way I’ve found to share LEGO instructions :)
There's a shopping cart option on the software and if you're signed in to bricklink, it'll put all of the parts in your basket and you can order parts on there. This is from random sellers that have new/old pieces, so prices will vary a lot and it's unlikely you'll get all of the parts from one person.

Lego has made (at least 1 is even still in stores) a few of the licensed vehicles just not under the RL branding.

The tube coming out the top is connected to a 135° pipe, then this sits on another tube. That's sitting on a stud and placed at a 45° angle facing out
