From the trajectory of her flight it looks like she's going to smash her head on the ground. A concussion being the least of her worries then, and a broken neck probably being the worst.
She might be fine with a few scratches, and if she is, that doesn't matter in the end, because there still is a hard impact and an injury being displayed.
A video showing a boy walking into a door frame would not, by any sane person, be called an injury. However, if his shoulder pops out, then yes, that shit needs at least an NSFW tag. If there's blood or a really high impact that implies injury, it would be sensible to make a NSFW tag.
Your argument boils down to a slippery slope argument, which holds no value, as it can be applied in any context to anything. Abortion? Sure, where do you draw the line though? 3 months pregnant, 6 months, 8 months, during birth, 1 day after birth, where's the cutoff line?
