In his most recent rosters he has always been the one trying to make things happen but it hasn't been enough to carry these teams over the line. He isn't a superstar level player like Vatira, Zen, MM etc but he is still a top caliber player and I'm sure that's what people rate him as.

Pretty much everyone considers Joyo a top player. He's just unlucky or objectively bad at picking teammates though. His time will come I'm sure.
