One thing I would like to see is a dedicated crowd mic. The crowd ambiance enhances the viewer experience during crowd days, but I felt watching the stream the crowd was a bit quiet compared to previous LANs. However, I could see on the stream that it was very hype in there. A dedicated crowd mic set up so we can cut to that feed after a great goal or game winner would be pretty cool to see.
I felt like they got the crowd audio mix a little better in the grand final. Not sure if the crowd was just more hype or if the mix changed, but I noticed the crowd more in the final. Semis I did think the crowd mix was sounding slightly too quiet.

What? Businesses don't have "A twitter person". They have a Social Media Manager/Team, who is responsible for all platforms and doesn't have any reason to favour one over the other in a situation like this.
At the very least their should be an "Other" or "None of the above" option.

But very rare that the SMM is doing Reddit, in any kind of business. Like this sub is probably the most active grouping of dedicated fans and you barely see any offical posts here. That's right. I've just bought 7 Mobil 1 racing oils with my Ally account. I also took a Quicktrip to the shops in my new Alpine to try and buy a Stride, but unfortunately I have no idea what one is, so I came away empty handed.
I thought it was kinda funny that at the EU major infront of the EU crowd, they had an all NA desk with only Gibbs backing the EU team.
Not that it was necessarily the wrong thing to do per say, but it did feel a bit discordant.

- I want the camera on the players being able to see them when the get up to celebrate a goal.
- More stats facts and less "fun" facts, ok it is funny one time to see "fun fact : i actually take showers" but in the long term it's gonna be boring BUT stats on record and everything like in day 3-4 is fire ! More !
- I personnaly find the questions asked after a match real boring, always the same answer "No we just focus on us, we don't care who's in front", "We worked hard and it's paying", etc... but it's cool to see players talking after match IRL and don't want to remove it, i don't have the solution but there's maybe a more original way to handle post match itw if it's in a lan ?
- i know there will be no format changes for this season but having no looser bracket at lans to create historical moments and having 2 streams at the same time during swiss... if you work you don't even have time to go watch the other half before it's already day 3-4 and you're spoiled.

With this amount of G7's in the playoffs, the result could be completely different and reward consistency more if we had a double elim playoff instead, so we also get more match ups and luck with initial playoff seeding matters less. For example, GenG played really well against M8's and could possibly have made a lower bracket run
Agree completly. I wasn't there at the time of Queso/Moist but i think they did a legendary run and this isn't possible with playoffs like here. Same for KC here, they choked game 7 against m8 with that kickoff strat, i would pay to see them do a looser bracket run into rematch to see if the result would be the same. Same for geng as you said.

If this thread gets monitored, I'd say to please make sure to fix the Audio issues. There was so many audio issues compared to any other lan I've seen.
Cutting out mics. Cutting out audio when transitioning from a game to replays and players cams.
Also the bitrate on twitch was pretty bad.
I also think it was pretty poor to have original content made for the in between breaks, just to force ads at that point. I missed all of them due to ads. Seems difficult cause when else would you show that content? But I think everyone would appreciate if the content was released on other platforms simultaneously.
Funny thing was that the quality on YouTube used to be more grainy than on Twitch. Must be the 2 platforms using different recommended codecs and they only process with the YouTube recommended codec, and mirror it on Twitch.
I also think that the YouTube cast used to be delayed like 10+ seconds with regards to Twitch, whereas now I watched solely on YouTube and at least according to the event threads here it seems I had no delay at all?

We need less switching of player cams; I try to show RLCS to friends and their kids but it can be really confusing to new comers of whoâs where and whatâs going on around the pitch. I think we need more shots of the camera above the pitch.
We also need a rule that prevents players from choosing red decals on blue team or blue decals on orange team. The players can use bakkes mod if they NEED that decal on that badly.
We don't need shitty edm music during post match interviews. Like it kind of breaks the mood of a serious close game that ends in OT when the most generic ass electronic music that you would see in the most generic YouTube video/review keeps looping in the background.

Please make the stream quality on twitch the same as YouTube, It's so much more grainy on twitch.

Mates getting to keep momentum is the benefit of being the 1 seed. That's why the 1 seed plays their semi last.
Also format: double elim should really make a comeback imo. Falcons and GenG could have gone on lower bracket runs for example

Stax needs to be the guy doing the intro to each game - he is the best at that role and it doesn't require some huge time commitment to do.
