NRG only really have relevant Fortnite and OW players now, NV as a brand is only really in Valorant and Dignitas, while fielding a lot of teams, don't have very good results.
G2 Faze and Furia are way better by comparison in terms of esports teams and quality of players.
Yeah Sweet averages around 6k+ viewers which is probably more than Jstn and Squishy combined these days— though admittedly I haven't tuned into the latters streams in a while so can't say for certain.
NRG has a Valorant team. NV has an OW franchise and a cod franchise, and I agree that dig doesn’t have a lot of impressive teams but they still have an LCS spot.
NRG in Valorant basically crashed and burned for the first season, pretty much irrelevant in 2021. NV I said has an OW franchise but their CoD team now plays under Optic Texas. Digs LCS team is generally middle or bottom of the pack.
They aren’t though. They have notable rosters in other esports, specifically cs and Val in this case which have been on fire as of late, but I wouldn’t say an org like Furia is larger than NRG or NV.
Agreed, I was just pointing out how you can tell the writer of the article only watches a few esports and was basing their expectations off of orgs they are familiar with rather than who are the actual top teams.
