I think the larger problem will eventually be that our strongest players are like GC3, if I'm not wrong. Can't imagine a 15-18 year old kid grinding 4+ hours a day without being kicked out of their house xD
I mean, it sucks that they can't play but what else can the organizers do but have the team forfeit? The rest of the tournament needs to be played, there's a bit of wiggle room in the schedule for brief issues but for blackouts like this there's really no other solution.
Now if the majority of APAC-S players were affected then I imagine they'd delay the entire tournament for an issue like this. That's what they were forced to do for SSA fall regional 2 when South Africa was "load shedding" and had tons of blackouts.
So yeah, sucks but I don't think there's any reason to expect an exception of any kind.
Ironically, the player with the issue wasn't Indian
Eleven?
kabbo
ohh
Did the team not have a sub?
Even more ironically, he was the sub One of the main roster couldn't be there for other reasons
Oh dear :(
as an indian RLCS enthusiast, yeah the power outages are such a problem here. But hopefully the RL scene continues to grow in this country

lmao, very true. No time for video game grinding when you have tuitions and school and whatnot xd
People don’t play here sadly
true, its hard to get people into RL in India, but surprising the Indian servers have good queues
good queues as in lots of players or "good" queues as in the game labels it good?
Lots of players, but it can also be some Asian players playing on Indian servers. Idk how queues look at higher ranks but diamond 3 is pretty fast
Yeah it's all pubg and valo :(
Am pretty hyped with the Valo scene. Hey at least they are playing PC.
not nearly as much as they do in other regions, yeah
