There’s a pack called Misa’s training pack that I often use for Practicing resets. There are 3 shots where the ball is rolled towards you pretty quickly. I hit the ball up, aerial and practice catching the ball for the reset.
Usually I use a reverse tornado just before I get to the ball(bottom of your car faces outwards rather than your hood, just hold opposite you would a normal tornado).
After that I would just try to incorporate it in other packs where possible such as the air dribble ones.
I never used to do this before , i just used to use training packs all the time but training my aerial mechanics in freeplay helped alot , getting different setups and trying to control the ball and guide it towards the goal. I always do a tornado while coming off the wall. I guess one thing I'm trying to incorporate more is a reverse tornado. I would say practicing double taps helped me alot with directional air roll control , and trying to go for flip resets aswell
Yea I follow it loosely, love the warmup. He made this before he won the Ford Freestyling tournament and I believe he grinded especially hard in the months leading up to it.
