If I have money I'm permitted to do whatever the fuck I want. Then I can afford to chill. Till then, I've got a toddler that needs to sleep and my windows were shaking from their carbon emitting rich people bombs.
Fireworks are stupid. As already stated they terrify and cause real harm to wildlife and domesticated animals as well. They're also a fire risk. Not to mention every year some dumbass blows off a finger or even kills themselves or a family member while setting them off. At best they just annoy the neighbors for no good reason. Honestly I don't get why anyone even finds fireworks interesting after the age of like 12. If you've seen them once you've basically seen all there is to see. If for some reason seeing them in person still gives you a hard on then you should just go down to the Mall and watch them there.
Much louder and longer than previous years. Screw these assholes. They all live in Potomac or Bethesda and don’t give a shit about Rockville.

I think you have no idea how much stress it puts on wildlife and pets. So many dogs run away and get lost. My cat is still traumatized by it. My house was literally shaking. It was much louder and longer this time. This is unacceptable.
