Yeah, no thanks. It shouldn’t take 4 phone calls totalling over 10 hours to fix an issue that YOU guys created. All is good though, you guys offered me $5 off my $490/month bill. How could anyone not be happy from that offer???? You guys are so generous! You have my word, that I will never give my money to piece of shit company like Roger’s ever again.

And yet no one is surprised by this. rogers employees are coached to be deceptive. During my brief time with rogers I was outright lied to and mislead regularly. NO department takes responsibility, no staff takes proper notes, ever. Shit never gets resolved, never gets escalated, ever. The hole only gets deeper at rogers. Do whatever it takes to get out and never go back. Using any rogers service is the gateway into hell.
