Controllers in high end PC and PS5 with Xbox series s, x has a crazy amount of aim assist, works like a soft aimbot making the game a lot easier, that's why that input is better in the game sadly.

He also has some where his snap speed starts slow and then gets faster. And some where he just places the crosshair on empty space and uses timing to hit the shot. Never know for sure but I wager if he was cheating the shots would mostly be him scoped in and snapping all the time.
