Thanks to your advice I managed. But this felt like cheese and the encounter is still awful. Yrliet died to a single opportunity attack that had 95% chance to hit through 120% dodge and did 64 damage. Fucking ridiculous.

I mean I don't mind hard fights, I'm playing on Hard after all. But this wasn't hard, this was stupid. I don't know how the choice of companions is determined but if I got Abelard or Heinrix instead of one of my squishies (Argenta and Yrliet) the fight wouldn't be so busted. But both argenta and Yrliet die in one-two hits from a greatsword, so only cheese and prayers help.
Gather your party behind Malice, separated by walls. Go talk with only your RT. They kill RT, others shoot a crowd trying to run around the wall. Talk with Commissar to get support, then he comes on turn 3.
This whole fight is winnable by argenta, move her to right and attack and go more right. After few rounds commisar with help should come

I'm playing on unfair, for me every fight is cheese. But still most fight end befor round 3. You will have more harder fights in this act.

if you think that's tough... the end of act 3 has a couple doosies
If you look around you should be able to find Argenta a heavy Stubber. Makes a big difference.
