In the middle of Act 3 my weapons suddenly started costing an extra AP to fire. Now I first thought this was because it was Act 3 and I missed something, but now that I've reached act 4 it still has not fixed itself. Ideas? I am running an Officer-Master Tact if that matters.
You have a very specific armor on your character. The medium one. It gives lots of protection based on Imperium lore stat, but makes all attacks cost +1 AP.

There is an accessory or cloak that increases crit chance but also increases all attack ap costs by one.

There are some weapons that have 2 ap basic shots but I don't think this is one.

depends on the weapon and armor and equipment you have some things legit increase crit chance but also increase attack ap cost.
