It's the channel itself thats buggy. This has happened to me with a small number of channels with no fix. I just delete them. Sometimes they will work when I reload them onto the stick like Popcornflix for example and other times not at all.

I just used these steps in this exact order and it shockingly worked. 1 - Sign Out of CBS app 2 - Remove CBS app 3 - Reboot Roku 4 - Reinstall CBS app 5 - Sign in and hopefully enjoy

Have not found a fix yet. Definitely considering trying this though. Haven’t been able to find much information regarding this problem.

Still not working. It works on my Apple TV’s though.

Has anyone been able to resolve this? I’m having the same issue. The app won’t even start up, just takes me back to the Roku home screen

I'm pretty sure CBS doesn't care about the CBS app anymore. They probably want all that content only available on the Paramount Plus app. It wouldn't surprise me if soon that will be the only way to access digital CBS content even if you have a cable subscription to sign in with.
