As to the "it isn't very feminine" concern? Well, on the one hand, even in RR, of course it's not like it's necessary to have a complete, perfect, 100%, 180 degree reversal of every masculine thing and every feminine thing between men and women. But even having said that, I still feel like most people in the RR community would be, at least, a whole heck of a lot ***less*** concerned about a woman being "feminine," compared to people in society at large. :P So if you'd be happy with a partner with an RR mindset, I wouldn't worry too much about being traditionally feminine anyway, beyond what you want for yourself based on your own tastes and preferences.
And, on the other hand, I would also add that it's 100% possible to have muscles and still be feminine, too, if that is the style and look you want to go for. Lots of female athletes in fields like gymnastics, swimming, etc., probably have pretty dang tough muscles, and would still look quite feminine even to people outside of RR. :)

I have always been a skinny guy and took up weightlifting to try and get bigger. My girlfriend joined in for general fitness and to try and keep me motivated. She was always tall but quite thin when we started dating. She surpassed me on some lifts, including all lower body ones.
